Returns
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you ordered a wrong color, size or changed your mind, unless the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item. If this is the case, please send us an email to 80strend@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your Order number
- Name on the order
- Email address the order was made with
- Images of the damaged or wrong items
We will get back to you as soon as possible and tell you the next steps!
You may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as when it was originally sent out.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges as each item is made to order.
Cancellations
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
