Shipping Policy

After you've successfully placed an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. In cases where orders are undeliverable and returned to us, additional shipping charges will be incurred for reshipping.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders of 75€ or more will be eligible for free standard shipping in Germany. All orders will be dispatched via DHL.

Shipment Processing Time

Please note that all orders are processed within 3-7 business days, though this timeframe may vary depending on order volume. Each order is custom-made. During holidays such as christmas there may be slight delays in shipment. Should there be a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs depend on the weight of your order. The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that 80strend holds no responsibility for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees that may arise during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
